Freshfit has assisted 70-plus individuals over the past year by providing wellness resources to people facing financial and housing instability. Our program encourages individuals to prioritize their hygiene and improve their well-being through an exercise and shower self-care program. We offer hygiene products, access to showers, and free use of exercise equipment at Planet Fitness. We are currently working to secure funding to sustain this resource in our community.
